Junk food and processed food
If you eat junk food every few days then it can prove dangerous. The trans fats present in them cause inflammation and hormonal imbalance in the body, which increases the risk of intestinal and stomach cancer.

excessive alcohol consumption

lack of sleep
Lack of sleep is also considered a risk factor for cancer. Lack of sleep affects the cell repair process of the body, which has some effect on the immune system. There is a risk of cancer due to weak immune system.
