During this time, former Pakistan captain Sana Mir said such things about Natalia Parvez which has started controversy. Sana Mir described Natalia as a player of Azad Kashmir.
The 29 -year -old Parvez is a resident of Bandala in Bhimber district of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK). Pok is called Azad Kashmir. Mir, who recently became the first Pakistani woman cricketer to join the ICC Hall of Fame, said that although Pakistan had won the World Cup qualifier early this year, many players including Parvez were relatively new.
Natalia Parvez played more cricket in Lahore
Mir said that Parvez plays most of her cricket in Lahore. He emphasized the challenges in protesting at the national level in front of the players coming from remote areas. Mir said during the commentary, “Yes, he has won the qualifier, but many of these players are new. Natalia, who comes from Kashmir, Azad Kashmir, plays a lot of cricket in Lahore. They have to play most of the cricket in Lahore.”
