2. Black Raisins
Soaked black raisins are very beneficial in increasing iron and bringing energy to the body. According to nutritionists, one should soak 78 black raisins overnight and eat them in the morning. Due to this, the iron level remains fine, the problem of anemia is reduced and weakness during periods is also not felt.
3. Dark Chocolate
When cravings increase before periods, it is good to eat a little dark chocolate. This reduces PMS problems, stomach pain and mood swings. Dark chocolate contains magnesium, which relaxes the body and improves mood. That is why women have more craving for chocolate before periods.
4. Chia Seeds
Chia seeds are considered a superfood. These keep digestion fine, balance hormones and are also very good for the skin.
