Varanasi” marks global star Priyanka Chopra’s Telugu debut. She has been part of SS Rajamouli’s epic adventure for nearly two years, and the film has now entered the final leg of its production.
In a recent interview, Rajamouli confirmed that around 85 percent of the shooting has been completed, with the remaining portions currently being filmed in Hyderabad. As “Varanasi” moves closer to completion, Priyanka Chopra is already lining up her next projects.
According to media reports, Priyanka has signed another major Hollywood project. Titled “Bluefly,” the film is said to be a sci-fi thriller and will feature her alongside Oscar-winning actor Russell Crowe, best known for Gladiator.
Priyanka continues to build an impressive Hollywood lineup, regularly landing high-profile projects and further strengthening her position as one of the most prominent Indian actors on the global stage.
In “Varanasi,” she plays Mandakini, an adventurous woman who becomes part of the film’s epic journey. The film stars Mahesh Babu in the lead and also features Prithviraj Sukumaran.
