Material

Flax seeds – 1 cup

Jaggery (grated) – ¾ cup

Desi ghee – 23 tbsp

Dry coconut (grated) – ½ cup

Cashews, almonds (chopped) – 2 tbsp

Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

(Gum 1 tbsp (optional)

How to make Linseed Laddu

First of all, fry the flaxseeds on low flame until they crackle and become fragrant. After this, cool it and grind it coarsely. Now heat ghee in a pan. Add more gum in it and when it swells, take it out and crush it. After this, lightly roast coconut and dry fruits in the same ghee. Now add jaggery to it and melt it on low flame. Now turn off the gas, add ground flaxseed, gum, cardamom and mix them all well. When it is slightly hot, give it the shape of laddu.
