In winter, you can make pudding of maize flour and eat it. For this, first fry the maize flour in desi ghee till the aroma comes and then heat water in a pan, add cardamom powder and sugar and let it boil. Add roasted maize flour in it and cook. When this halwa is ready, add desi ghee on top and add some nuts like cashew-almonds, chopped or crushed. If you take desi ghee in equal quantity as flour then this halwa becomes very tasty.
