Baba Ram tells in the video that, to make super tonic drink, you need a big glass of milk. Milk is an excellent source of calcium, which helps in strengthening bones. Mix grated ginger in milk. After this add turmeric, Patanjali saffron, 1-2 drops of Shilajit and honey and mix. Its color will look exactly like coffee. Add some cinnamon powder over it. You have to consume it daily in winter. At the same time, if you eat Chyavanprash with this milk, you will not have any problem throughout the winter.
How to make winter drink without milk
Baba Ramdev told that those who do not drink milk. They also do not need to take tension. This drink can be made even without milk. For this, take a glass and put some threads of saffron in it. Now add a pinch of ginger, a pinch of turmeric, 1 pinch of Shilajit and cinnamon powder. Add honey on top and drink it. Its taste is also good and along with increasing the immunity of the body, it also gives strength.
