When the minister asked the officer of Women and Child Development Department about the number of women taking benefit of Ladli Brahmin Yojana in the district, the officer said – there are about 2.5 lakh Ladli Sisters in the district, who get money. On this, Shah said – Now it has been two years since the Chief Minister, now he should be respected. If the government is giving them Rs 1500, then it is a matter of thanks. After this, the minister further said that the sisters who are getting the increased amount of Rs 250 will be checked whether they are linked to Aadhaar or not, if not then their money will be padded.
