Owner of 23 hotels and several buildings in Poland, Arche Group has expressed concern over the declining population over the continuous decline in Poland’s birth rate on its website for 12 years. Along with this, this real estate group has tried to find a new way to deal with the country’s falling birth rate by rewarding the customers who conceived in their hotels.
The hotel has to be pregnant, you have to prove
The Poland hotel businessman has launched an incentive program under which free special programs have been offered to customers, which can prove that the child’s “pregnancy” is due to the couple’s stay in one of their hotels. That is, if the woman is pregnant during the stay in any hotel of the group, then the couple will get this benefit as a bonus.

2.42 lakh rupees will be available as bonus
The couples are being given a bonus of 10,000 zloti ($ 2754) i.e. Rs 2.42 lakh for children born after buying a house with the company. The Arke Generations Program is valid for ‘couples’ (female and male). One condition of this is that at least one of the two partners being an adult and is living in the country. Bonus will also be given to those employees of Arke Group who have children.
How much is the population of Poland?
According to the National Statistics Office (GUS), by the end of June, Poland had a population of about 37.4 million (3.74 crore), which is 1 million less than in 2015. In 2024, the birth rate in Poland was 157,000 lower than death and this trend is expected to remain the same in the coming few years.
