Ghaziabad Double Murder Case: Husband shot dead his wife and his friend in Loni area of Ghaziabad. It is being told that there was a dispute going on regarding illicit relationship. The accused is absconding after the incident and the police is busy searching for him.
UP Crime: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Loni area of Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh. Here a husband shot his wife and his own friend to death. It is being told that some time before the incident, all three had also eaten food while sitting together. There was a stir in the area after this incident. According to the police, the accused fled from the spot after committing the crime and several teams have been deployed to search for him.
Incident in Loni’s Buddha Bazar locality
This case is being reported from Buddha Bazar locality of Loni area of Ghaziabad. Rashid, who lives here, lived with his wife Shabnam and seven children. Late on Monday night, Rashid, his wife Shabnam and his neighbor friend Faheem were present in the same room. It is being told that all three also ate food sitting together. But no one had any idea that within a short time this meal eaten together would prove to be the last for Shabnam and Faheem.

There was a dispute going on regarding illicit relationship
According to the information, the married life of 36 year old Shabnam and Rashid was going well earlier and both of them have seven children. But in the last few years, Rashid’s neighbor Faheem had become quite friendly with him. His visits to the house had increased. During this time, Faheem and Shabnam came closer to each other and a relationship was formed between them. When Rashid came to know about this, he protested against it. It is being told that there was dispute and tension going on in the house for a long time regarding this matter.
There was an argument after eating and a bullet was fired
All three were sitting in a room on Monday night. First everyone ate dinner together. After this the conversation started regarding relationships which gradually turned into an argument. It is being told that during this time Rashid took out a pistol and opened fire on his wife Shabnam and friend Faheem. Both of them died on the spot due to bullet injuries.
Police received information at night
According to the police, information about the incident was received on dial-112 at around 12:40 in the night. As soon as the information was received, Tronica City police station reached the spot. When the police reached inside the house, the bodies of Shabnam and Faheem were found lying in a pool of blood. After committing the crime, accused Rashid had fled from the spot.
Police busy searching for the accused
In this case, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Rural) Surendra Nath Tiwari said that in the initial investigation, the reason for the murder is coming to light as illegal love affair. He said that three police teams have been formed to arrest the accused Rashid and raids are being conducted in search of him. At present the police is investigating the entire matter and the people nearby are also being interrogated.
