Why do miscarriages happen again and again?
If a woman suffers a miscarriage after conceiving a child, it is very painful. Usually, a woman has a miscarriage once, but if it is happening again and again to a woman, then it can be a sign of some major health problem. For example, in some women, miscarriage occurs due to disturbances in hormones like progesterone or insulin. Many times, due to defects in the chromosomes of a woman or a man, the embryo does not develop. Urinary tract or reproductive tract infections also increase the risk of miscarriage. You may not even know that you are having an abortion. These are the most common symptoms in women who have symptoms of miscarriage.
Chromosome abnormality is also a big reason
Dr. Saloni says that about 50% of miscarriages that occur in the first trimester of pregnancy (up to 13 weeks) are due to chromosomal abnormalities. Chromosomes are tiny structures inside your body’s cells that carry your genes. Any abnormality in genes also causes miscarriage. Such symptoms are seen in many women after miscarriage.
According to Dr Saloni, many studies show that the risk of miscarriage in women around the age of 20 is 12% to 15% and by the age of 40 it increases to about 25%. If you have already had a miscarriage, your chances of having another miscarriage are 25%.
What are the symptoms of miscarriage?
light to heavy bleeding

What to do to prevent miscarriage
Get a complete body checkup (thyroid, sugar, hormones, infection test) done before pregnancy.
Get adequate amounts of folic acid, iron and vitamin D
reduce stress
Avoid smoking, alcohol or caffeine completely
