3- Iron deficiency (anemia) in the body of a pregnant woman can also be a major cause of fatigue. The body needs more iron to deliver adequate oxygen to the infant in the womb. When it does not get enough, the body feels weak and dull.
4- One reason for fatigue is not to complete sleep. Things like hormonal changes, frequent urination, back pain and restlessness interrupt good sleep during pregnancy. How to deal with this fatigue
1- The first solution is to relax as much as possible and get sleep. If needed during the day, one should also take a nap for a while. It helps in giving energy to the body again.
2- It is very important to have a balanced diet. Eating rich in iron, folic acid, protein and vitamins reduces fatigue and gives strength to the body. If the doctor has given iron or multivitamin supplements, then they should be taken regularly.
3- Light exercise, such as walking or pregnancy yoga, also improves blood circulation in the body and reduces fatigue. But do any exercise only after consulting the doctor.
4- Try to reduce stress. For this, it can be helpful to talk to meditation, music therapy or to talk to people close to you. The body also gets relief from mental peace.
5- If fatigue is getting excessively, there are dizziness together, difficulty in breathing or heart is beating, then a doctor should be contacted immediately. These signs can be of a serious problem such as anemia or thyroid disturbances.
6- The amount of fatigue may be different at every stage of pregnancy. It is high in the first quarter, there is some relief in the second trimester and tiredness may increase due to re -weight gain and sleep deficiency in the third trimester.
