At bedtime, take a side and keep the pillow between the feet. Light stretching exercises, pregnancy yoga and physical activity done with the advice of a doctor also helps a lot.

2- Bake with hot water bottle or heat pad provides relief to the muscles. If needed, a safe pen reliever can also be taken by meeting a doctor. Some women also get relief from wearing a maternity belt, which supports the stomach and back.

3- If back pain is very severe, there is difficulty in walking or any other symptoms such as fever, urination irritation or vaginal discharge, then a doctor should be consulted immediately as it can also be a sign of a serious problem.
