During this time, if there is a deficiency of iron and folic acid in the diet, then the formation of blood gradually decreases. For this reason, this problem arises in the investigation when pregnant. Which affects both mother and child.

During pregnancy, women also have to make blood for the child. In such a situation, if nutrition is not found correct, then lack of blood becomes more serious. The reason for the serious condition causes fatigue, pale yellow and frequent headache. For this reason, these doctors recommend pregnant women to eat iron and folic acid pills.
What to eat to increase anemia

- Increase iron intake- The major reason for anemia is iron deficiency. To increase this, women between 18 and 50 years of age need 19 mg of iron daily. For this, eat spinach, beet, tofu, apple, pomegranate, almonds, dates, raisins, amla, eggs and jaggery. These are all good sources of iron.
- Take vitamins A and C- Along with iron, the body also needs vitamin A and vitamin C. To fulfill their deficiency, eat fruits and vegetables like orange, lemon, papaya, strawberry, shim -chilli, malta. The combination of vitamin A and vitamin C leads to more iron in the body.
- Do not let folic acid deficiency- This type of B-complex is vitamin. As mentioned above, the formation of red blood cells in the body is reduced, which is due to lack of folic acid. To meet its deficiency, eat green leafy vegetable, banana, peanuts, broccoli, chicken and sprouted grains.
- do the exercise- Include in daily habit that exercise is to be done at least 15 to 30 minutes a day. With this, hemoglobin is to be formed in the body which increases blood. Also, regular checkup and if needed, it is also necessary to take iron supplements with the advice of a doctor.
