A Russian woman living in Bengaluru told why she pays a salary of Rs 45,000 to her domestic help. In a post shared on Instagram, she said that she gives great importance to professionalism, honesty and trust. Recently, a post of this woman named Yulia Aslamova went viral on social media, in which she told about her monthly expenses. In this, she had mentioned about giving Rs 45,000 to her domestic help. But, some people criticized her saying that what is the need to pay so much money to a domestic help.
Yulia Aslamova has answered this in this post. In her new Instagram post, Iulia says that she believes in treating domestic helpers with respect and giving them opportunities to grow. She says, “The biggest pride of my life is that no one left the job until I let them go. In India, domestic helpers are not considered professionals. It is said that they run away. This is wrong.”
I give incentives to my household workers according to their work. This motivates them to do better work. I also give an increase of 10% every year, because inflation is also increasing.
