After the birth of twins, Ram Charan visited the hospital with his elder daughter, Klin Kaara Konidela, the next day, and there, the father-daughter duo was mobbed by overenthusiastic fans. In a viral video, Ram was seen carrying Klin in his arms and trying to make his way to the entry gate of the hospital with the help of security. The video showed how difficult it was for them to enter the hospital due to fans.
Due to such experience, Ram Charan went to the hospital to pick up his wife, Upasana, and twins with heavy security. They were seen sitting inside the car with their twins. The security guards protected their car while coming out the gate. This time, Ram decided to protect his family.
