Who is Amir Khan Muttaqi?
Amir Khan Muttaki is the Foreign Minister in the Taliban government of Afghanistan. Coming from Pashtun community, Muttaki has studied Islam from Darul Uloom and Madrassas. He supported the Taliban movement in the early 90s. Due to his better understanding of foreign affairs, he was made the Foreign Minister in 2021.
