A fresher quit his first job in just 3 hours. He saw no career growth in his salary of ₹12,000 and 9 hours of work. Many people supported his decision and called it right.
New Delhi: When people start their first job after completing college or a professional course, most people stay for at least a year, despite the difficulties of gaining experience. Many freshers work for less salary, more work and extra hours, so that they can have a good career. But a young man, after completing his studies, cleared all the rounds of interviews and joined the job. The special thing is that he worked only for three hours and resigned thinking that if he remained in this company, his career would be over. Now many people are supporting his decision.
Resignation despite working from home
A Reddit user has shared this information. This young man wrote that he resigned from his first job within three hours of joining. In the interview he was told about the work. It was a work from home job, in which there was not much pressure. But had to work for 9 hours and the salary was Rs 12,000 per month. The young man said on Reddit, ‘When he told me about the job during the interview, I thought I could handle it. It doesn’t matter if it is a little difficult, thinking this I joined the job.
Why such a decision in just three hours?
After completing the entire process, the young man joined the job on the scheduled date. But within just three hours he resigned from the job. According to him, ‘After working for three hours, I felt that in this company I will have to spend all my time only in work. I will not be able to progress in this company. I’ll just get tired of working for the company. That’s why I resigned,’ he said on Reddit.
Many people said- right decision
When freshers join a job, most of the people do it with fear. They are forced to make a career. Experience is necessary to get a job in a good company, so they think that if they endure some difficulty today, they will get a good salary and a good post tomorrow. But many people have advised that there is no need to endure all this. If you have talent, you will get a job. Instead of wasting your precious time for a company, it is better to work at a place where you and the company can progress.
