Amidst all this, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has made it clear what the next national president of the saffron party will be. Now that the party is running a coalition government, the intervention of RSS has become more clear and vocal.
India Today has said in a report that the recent comments of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat are being seen as a message for the BJP. When the Sangh chief criticized the growing ego and communication gap in power, it is directly considered to be a sarcasm on the personality -centric model of the BJP leadership.
What does the Sangh want?
, The RSS wants a chairman who is relatively young. Which is associated with the organization. He should not only be a strategist, but also an ideological guide.
, The RSS desires not a personal dominance but an organization -based leadership. The new national president of the BJP should be a dialogue with cadre, a leader of accepting feedback and restoring internal democracy.

28 state presidents changed
BJP has so far announced new or re -appointed presidents in 28 out of 36 states. The rest of the important states such as Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Haryana and Gujarat are announced. With this ground reorganization, the party is preparing a platform for the selection of a new national president.
There is no formal policy of retirement from the age of 75 in BJP or RSS, but the recent statement of Mohan Bhagwat in which he stressed the need to decide the succession of those who crossed 75, created a stir.
