Here, 75 year old “555 beedi” businessman and owner of the famous beedi brand ‘Dinesh-555’ Suresh Chandra Agrawal has been murdered. The surprising thing is that he was murdered not by anyone else but by his own son Naresh Aggarwal. After killing his father, the accused committed suicide by shooting himself on the temple. There is chaos in the area due to this incident.

Son shot father over trivial issue

It is said that Suresh Chandra Agarwal had a dispute with his son Naresh Agarwal on the night of 31 October over drinking alcohol. After his father’s refusal, he started drinking in front of him. After this, there was an altercation between the two and the dispute escalated so much that Naresh shot at his father. Then due to fear and stigma he shot himself. The family members took both of them to the hospital, but both were declared dead. The father and son were cremated at Mokshadham late on Saturday evening.

Who was 555 beedi trader Suresh Agarwal?

Businessman Suresh Chandra Aggarwal was a big beedi businessman not only of Mathura but of UP. His beedi business is spread in many states. Properties worth crores are in his name in many states. It is said that Suresh Aggarwal started the beedi business in Vrindavan in 1970 with his wife Asha Aggarwal. In the beginning, he himself used to go to the forests to collect leaves for beedis. Then he used to sit in his room with his family and make beedis. Gradually his business started running and he set up a factory. He once used to run a mill, but the beedi business changed his fortunes. He owns many valuable lands in West Bengal, whose value is said to be in billions. He had one son from Kolkata and he along with his two sons (Dinesh, Naresh and Mahesh) used to manage the beedi business from Vrindavan.

Survived cancer…but lost his son

The sad thing is that 75 year old Suresh Aggarwal was diagnosed with a fatal disease like cancer two years ago. But due to timely treatment and his courage, he overcame it. He had completely recovered. Due to which his hard work and struggle was cited as an example in the area. But little did he know that he would win over the terminally ill disease but would lose to his son.
