In such a situation, she was now alone, there was no one to take care and handle her. In such a situation, he was sent to his 80 -year -old grandfather, who was given the responsibility of taking care of it. However, Dada did not take care of him properly and ignored him.

He was produced in court. Judge Haji was hearing the case. When Judge Regei questioned Sahaleh, he confessed to repeated relations by the 51-year-old revolutionary guard. He was a taxi driver.
Judge erupted and thrown slippers
After confessing the crime, when Sahaleh felt that she was losing her case, she removed her hijab. The court considered it a serious contempt and said that not him, but also the Darbi (51 -year -old man) should be punished. During the hearing, angry Sahaleh took off his shoes and threw him on the judge. The judge then sentenced Sahaleh to death.
Sahaleh hanged in 2004

Controversy over the age of Sahaleh
According to the reports, in Sahaleh’s appeal filed in the Supreme Court, her age was stated to be 22 years, but her birth certificate and death certificate states that she was 16 years old.
