Priyanshu alias Babu Ravi Singh Chhetri, who worked with Amitabh Bachchan in the film Jhund in 2022, has been murdered. According to media reports, he was murdered by his friend after a drunken fight in Nagpur in the early hours of Wednesday, October 8. He was 21 years old. The accused has been identified as Dhruv Lal Bahadur Sahu, who has been arrested by the police. If reports are to be believed, a police officer said that Priyanshu and Dhruv were good friends and used to sit together and drink alcohol.
What happened to Priyanshu that day?
In the murder case of Priyanshu, who worked in the film Jhund, the police said that after midnight on Tuesday, Dhruv Lal Bahadur Sahu and Babu Ravi Singh Chhetri reached an empty house in Jaripatka area on a motorcycle and while sitting there, both of them drank alcohol. Then the same evening there was a fight between the two friends over some issue. Then Priyanshu threatened Sahu and went to sleep. Police said that after this, Sahu in anger tied Chhetri with wires and attacked him with a sharp weapon. Local people saw Priyanshu in an injured condition. After this he was taken to Mayo Hospital, where doctors declared him dead during treatment.

Post mortem of Priyanshu Chhetri
If reports are to be believed, as soon as the information about the incident was received, the police immediately reached the spot and took the body of Priyanshu Chhetri into their custody. After this the body was sent for post-mortem and investigation into the case was started. Police said that fearing danger, Dhruv Sahu had tied Priyanshu with wires. Police said that during the investigation it was also revealed that theft and some minor cases were registered against Priyanshu. At the same time, accused Dhruv has already gone to jail. Police have registered a case and started investigation and soon the accused will be presented in the court.
