Haryana IPS Y PURNA KUMAR Commits Suicide Case: Haryana Police and Administration have been stirred up. Because a senior IPS officer of the state (Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Y Puran Kumar committed suicide. He shot himself in his government residence in Sector 11, Chandigarh on Tuesday i.e. October 7.
