Chhatarpur News: Naib Tehsildar slapped a student who went to collect fertilizer in Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh! While threatening him, he even grabbed the collar of a farmer. Now that the matter has escalated, the District Collector has issued a notice seeking answers.
The District Collector has issued a notice to Madam Ritu Singhai, Naib Tehsildar of Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh, for slapping a student. An answer has been sought from him as to why he did this. The notice states – Your action is contrary to the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules 1965. Therefore, you should submit your clarification today itself, otherwise disciplinary action will be taken against you for negligence. Let us tell you that Ritu Singhai is the Naib Tehsildar of Saunra Mandal in Chhatarpur.
When Naib Tehsildar madam got upset
Actually, this matter is of Satai Mandi of Civil Line police station area. Where on Wednesday morning a large number of farmers stood in a queue to collect fertilizer. But when they were not given fertilizer, they started creating ruckus. Meanwhile Naib Tehsildar Ritu Singhai reached there. While misbehaving with the farmers, he slapped a student and grabbed another farmer by his collar and threatened him. After this the farmers said that they were not getting their rights. Madam has hurt his self-respect by hitting him. As soon as the news of the matter was received, the police reached the spot and the matter was pacified. Police say that action will be taken after interrogating both the parties.
The student expressed her pain
Let us tell you that the name of the student who was slapped by Naib Tehsildar Madam is Gudiya Patel. Who told the Naib Tehsildar that she was coming to buy fertilizer for the last two months. But he is not getting it. Every day the officers refuse by making some excuse or the other. When I reached today, the people of the market started saying that now the tokens are over, come tomorrow. On this the Tehsildar refused and said that women will not get tokens, only men will get them. Then again when the student asked for a token, the Naib Tehsildar slapped her. The student said that she is a student of MA third semester, she has to leave her studies and come here every day. His exam is on 5th December. Whereas the market officials said that now fertilizer will be available from December 6.
