Swami Jitendranand of Sant Samiti has condemned the Indi alliance. The condemnation came over the impeachment of the Madras HC judge who had ordered Deepotsav in closed temples. Swamy has called it an unconstitutional attack on the judiciary.
The saint of Kashi strongly condemned the decision of Madras High Court by accusing him of bringing impeachment against it.
Varanasi: National General Secretary of All India Sant Samiti, Swami Jitendranand Saraswati has given a big statement regarding the Indi alliance. He said that the MPs of the Indi alliance have made serious allegations on the order given by Justice Swami Nathan of Madras High Court to continue the Deepotsav of closed temples. He said that the MP of Indi alliance has brought impeachment against it. This is a one sided Indian Judiciary trend. If you follow the Hindu civilization, Hindu culture, traditions and ideals of the majority society of India, then we will not allow you to remain in the judiciary.
All judges are nurtured from finance to character.
Swami Jitendranandra Saraswati further said that we should accept that the decisions taken in the past were against Hindus. All these judges, nurtured from finance to character, were all judges of the Indie Alliance. Swamy further said that for 75 years the Hindu society was oppressed on various fronts. The role of the judiciary remained doubtful. An attempt was also made to break the civilization and culture of India. Should it be accepted by many orders.
Why did the saint say – make a judge in the bedroom
Swami Jitendranand Saraswati targeted the Indi alliance and said that those who made judges in the bedroom. Those who got the decisions taken by the judges and got appointed as Governor. We should also think about these types of judges. He said that if you are not satisfied with such a decision then the doors of the Supreme Court are open. These people have opened the way that if we are dissatisfied with this decision of the High Court, then they will bring impeachment. He further said that this is highly condemnable and unconstitutional by those who used to carry copies of the Constitution in their hands.
