She took membership of SP on 21 September 2024 and in July 2024, she was made the national secretary of Samajwadi Mahila Sabha.

On October 13, Muskaan Mishra reached Hanumangarhi temple in Ayodhya, where she met Mahant Raju Das and took his blessings.
