The roasted makhana is rich in fiber, calcium, iron and magnesium, which can be easily eaten by roasting less oil or without oil. It is a good option for light, digestible and weight loss people or diabetes, as it has low calories and is full of stomach.

Soaked gram is the best source of protein, iron, phosphorus, fiber and vitamin B6. Grams give energy to the body, help in muscle sport, are good for the stomach and benefit in controlling blood sugar. If someone does not have a stomach problem, then eating soaked gram in the morning proves more beneficial, especially for children, elderly and active people.
