The stone pelting and violence that took place near the Faiz-e-Ilahi Mosque in Delhi on the night of January 6 has raised big questions on the politics and law and order of the capital. Now preparations are on to interrogate Samajwadi Party MP Mohibullah Nadvi in this case. On the basis of CCTV footage, 30 people have been identified and several teams of Delhi Police are conducting raids in search of the accused. The police claim that the violence broke out after the rumor of the demolition of the mosque, while the action is being taken. The work was being done to remove encroachment on the orders of the court.
