Who is Tenzin Yangki?
Tenzin Yangki secured 545th All India Rank in UPSC Civil Services Examination 2022. On October 17, she participated in the passing-out parade of the 77th batch of IPS officers, which recorded an impressive representation of 36% women. His achievement is being highly praised on social media.
Father is IAS and mother is Secretary in Arunachal Pradesh Government.
Yangki holds MA and MPhil degrees in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Before joining the National Service, he cleared the APPSC exam in 2017 and worked as a Circle Officer in Siang district. Yangqi comes from a family with a strong legacy of public service. Yangki’s late father Thupten Tempa was an IAS officer and former minister. At the same time, his mother Jigmi had worked as a secretary in the Arunachal Pradesh government before retiring.
