Vitamin B12

It controls amino acids called homocysteine. If the homocysteine level increases, the risk of heart attack and stroke increases manifold. Vitamin B12 reduces this danger.
Vitamin d
Vitamin D is considered necessary only for bones, but research shows that vitamin D deficiency does not only affect bone but also affects both the risk of heart disease and the functionality of the brain. Vitamin D helps in controlling blood pressure and keeping nerve active.
Omega 3
After this comes omega-3 fatty acids, although it is a fatty acid. Omega-3 fatty acids are considered a superfood for the brain that repairs brain cells and keeps memory sharp. Omega-3 fatty acids prevent blood clots in the heart. Also keep blood flow smooth.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is also a very special vitamin which is called antioxidant vitamin which not only increases age but also keeps the damage in the brain away. Vitamin E is also useful to manage the level of heart beats.
Often people ignore the lack of these vitamins. But the truth is that these small shortcomings later become the cause of major diseases. If we include these vitamins rich in our diet in time, such as milk, eggs, fish, green vegetables, nuts and sun sunshine, then both heart and mind can remain healthy for a long time.
