In Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, a young man named Arun has been throwing letters written in red ink at the intersections, parks and public places of the city for the past several days. In these letters, sometimes he calls out to his lost girlfriend Pooja, and sometimes he is seen venting anger against the courts, judges and administration of the country. The language and anxiety of the letters have shocked people.

It is written in trembling letters on the paper, “Where are you Pooja, I have been searching for the last seventeen years.” The young man claims that he has been wandering in search of a girl named ‘Pooja’ for 17 years. He appealed to the courts, police administration and senior officials, but received no help. In some letters he expresses his frustration by criticizing the officials.

Some people pick them up and read them, while others, after reading them, make them a topic of discussion on social media.
