At the virtual meeting of GKB Opthalmix Limited, a share holder fiercely targeted the company’s MD Krishna Gopal Gupta. Said that when you die, 10 share holders will not follow you.
Gkb ophthalmics ltd: A video of GKB Opthalmix Limited’s virtual shareholders’ meeting has gone viral on social media. In this, a shareholder attacks the company’s management for poor stock performance. The share holder Abhishek Kalra thanks the authorities for giving an opportunity to speak during the meeting.
He then expresses disappointment when he is given just one minute to express his concerns during the annual meeting. Giving religious examples, he said, “Once someone asked Lord Brahma why dogs roam the streets. Brahma ji replied that those who do not return the money of others and have bad intentions, they become dogs in the next life.”

After this, Kalra directly targeted Managing Director Krishna Gopal Gupta. Despite claiming to have 40 years of experience in the industry, his commercial credibility was questioned. He said, “You claim that this business has been for 40 years. Creates corporate institutions abroad that never makes profit. When your funeral procession comes out, 10 shareholders will not follow you.”
Kalra took out his anger, demanding immediate action. Said, “You have to resign in 10 days. You cannot run a company. You and your children will not give any peon jobs.” At the end of the video there is a stunning turn, where the disappointed MD can be heard asking the authorities about Kalra’s shareholding. The voice of a woman comes that she has only one share.
