The wait for the 22nd installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is getting longer. The month of January has passed and now February is also about to end. Crores of farmers across the country are waiting to know when the honorarium of Rs 2,000 will be credited to their bank accounts.

No official date for releasing the installment has been revealed yet by the government. But according to media reports, the money of the 22nd installment can come into the account before Holi.
Can the installment come before Holi?
According to media reports, money can be transferred to the farmers’ accounts on February 24. However, this is only a possible date. At present, the Agriculture Ministry has not approved these claims. On the other hand, there is also a strong discussion that the central government can give this gift to the farmers just before the festival of Holi. Until a firm announcement is made, these dates should only be seen as an estimate.
Will the money get stuck on the way?
To get financial benefits, it is very important that all your paper formalities are completed. It is often seen that due to a small mistake, the installment of many farmers gets delayed. Pending status simply means that there is a shortcoming somewhere in the process of your application.
To avail the benefits of this scheme, you will have to link your Aadhar card with your bank account. Apart from this, verification of PAN card and any technical problem related to bank account will have to be resolved immediately. If these works are incomplete, there may be a huge problem in getting the money.
How to check your status easily sitting at home
You can easily check the status of your installment by visiting the official website sitting at home. First of all, open the official portal of PM Kisan pmkisan.gov.in on your mobile or computer. On the homepage you will see a special section of ‘Farmers Corner’, where you have to go.
Within this section, click on the ‘Know Your Status’ option. Here you will have to enter your registration number and the security code shown on the screen. After this an OTP will come on your registered mobile number. As soon as this OTP is submitted on the portal, the complete status of the 22nd installment will appear on the screen.
