The following day, the band will hold a major concert at Gwanghwamun Square in South Korea. The massive show will celebrate the album launch and mark the start of a new era for the group. The concert will also be streamed globally through Netflix, allowing fans worldwide to join the event.

Soon after, BTS will kick off their highly anticipated world tour on April 9. The tour is expected to travel across 34 cities with more than 80 shows planned across multiple continents.

Where Indian fans can watch the concerts LIVE?

Although India is not included in the tour itinerary, local fans will still be able to enjoy the concerts through cinema screenings. Indian theatre chain PVR Cinemas has announced live screenings of two full BTS concerts across select locations in the country.

The first concert, streamed from Goyang in South Korea, will be screened on April 11 at 3:15 pm. The second show, filmed in Tokyo, will arrive on the big screen on April 18 at 11:15 am. These screenings will allow Indian fans to watch the performances in a theatre setting alongside fellow ARMY members.

The ARIRANG album features 14 tracks, including Body to Body, Hooligan, Aliens, FYA, 2.0, No. 29, SWIM, Merry Go Round, Normal, Like Animals, They Don’t Know ’Bout Us, One More Night, Please and Into the Sun.

The title Arirang draws inspiration from traditional Korean folk culture and symbolises longing, reunion and emotional connection. These themes resonate strongly with the K-pop band’s return after years apart. The opening concert at Gwanghwamun Square is expected to host more than 200,000 fans.
