Increase water and hydration- BP can go down due to lack of water in the body. Drink at least 2.5 to 3 liters of water daily. Coconut water, buttermilk, lemonade and electrolyte drinks are also beneficial.

Take small miles- Eat light meals 45 times a day instead of large and heavy food. This keeps the blood flow of the body and suddenly BP falls can be avoided.
