How to fix a cracked nail?
For this, nutritionists advise to prepare a special oil and apply it. Shweta Shah says, this oil not only eliminates fungal infections but also makes the nails strong and healthy.
You will need these things
- To make oil you will need 2 tablespoons mustard oil.
- 3-4 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric and
- A pinch of asafoetida will be required.
How to make?
- For this, put mustard oil in a pan and heat it lightly.
- Add garlic, fenugreek seeds, turmeric and asafoetida in it.
- Let it cook lightly for 1-2 minutes.
- After the stipulated time, turn off the gas and let the oil cool down a bit.
How to apply?
Nutritionists advise to slightly warm the prepared oil and apply it on the nails and surrounding skin twice a day.
