What does dermatologist say?
Dermatologist Doctor Isha has given her opinion while replying to a video while following this trend. He has posted a video on Instagram and told that, for some time you can wash your face with shampoo, but it is not right for a long time.
He said that shampoo contains a chemical called zinc pyritionone, which reduces the acne caused by the dramf. In such a situation, when you apply shampoo on your face, you see the effect. But it is only for some time. If you use shampoo on the face for a long time, then it can give side effects.
Disadvantages of applying shampoo on face daily
Let me tell you, shampoo is made for scalp and not for the face. The pH level of shampoo is different. In this, cleaning agents are faster and can damage the skin acne, brakeouts and irritation. If you are using shampoo daily as a face wash then you need to be careful. This can make the face dry and the face may look dry lifeless. At the same time, the skin barriers are also weakened by this, which increases the risk of dust problems on the skin.
