A horrific explosion occurred on Monday morning at the Sigachi Chemical Factory in Sangareddy district of Telangana. 37 people have died in the blast. The blast was so fast that the roof of the factory has flew away. The glass of the windows of the houses built nearby broke. The smoke of smoke spread all around. The reactor explosion has been stated to be the reason for the explosion in the factory. This is not the first case in the country. Even before this, such explosions are taking place.
Sigachi chemical factory makes things used in medicines and food. In such a situation, the question is what happens chemical reactors, where it is used and what are the reasons that cause reactor explosion.
What is the reactor, why do it put it in the factory?
If you understand in easy language, the reactor installed in the factory is a kind of pot in which chemical reaches. This is the reason why it is called chemical reactor. It is used where products are made with the help of chemical.
With the help of chemical reactors, new substance is made by mixing two or more chemicals. Efforts are made to maintain the temperature required for chemical reaction. Or the processing of raw materials is done through pressure.
A chemical reactor is a large tank or cylindranuma structure. Which is prepared by mixing steel or several metals. It has heating, cooling system, mixer and pump inside it. It is controlled from outside with the help of temperature pressure and flow.
Many things are made with the help of reactor. Such as making products from acid, making plastic and rubber, purification of oils, making alcohol and enzyme. Many such types of work are done with the help of reactor.

Why is there an explosion?
There can be many reasons for the explosion in the reactor. If the pressure on it increases excessively or the temperature gets high, then it may burst. Experts say that there is pressure in the reactor due to gas and steam, if it is not transported then there is a possibility of a fierce explosion. When it is out of control, the container burst.
The wrong reaction of two chemicals also causes this. Apart from this, the leakage of poisonous gases and its exit from control, the failure of cooling system is also due to this. Safety valve and sensor malfunction can also cause explosion. If it is not being cooled according to the guideline, then there is a risk of bursting. Opening valve at the wrong time also proves dangerous.
How severe the explosion was?
A laborer working in the factory says that the entire staff of the factory had arrived on Monday morning. Before the start of the shift, mobiles of employees and laborers are deposited, so no information reached them. The accident happened at around 8 pm.
At the time of the accident, the people present there say, the blast became so fast that the workers working there fell 100 meters away. The reactor unit was destroyed due to the horrific explosion. In this factory in Telangana, workers from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar Odisha, West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh work in this factory.
