During this time a fruit diet is eaten. Fruits, potatoes, curd, water chestnut and kuttu flour are eaten more in it. This gives the body energy. Ayurveda Expert Kiran Gupta Told that both Kuttu and water chestnut are rich in antioxidants and gluten free. Both of these help in detoxing the body. Both of these are also mixed and eaten. It is also good for our blood vessels and arts, it prevents them from becoming more wide or narrow and increases blood circulation.
The waterfall of the water chestnut is cold and a slightly warm of kuttu. If you consume the flour of both of them mixed with gourd, coriander leaves, carrots, then it is a little beneficial for our health. This provides plenty of protein and energy to the body.

Singhada flour helps to correct hypothyroidism. Because it helps in making thyroxin. Due to its deficiency in the body, there is a problem of hypothyroidism. In such a situation, the consumption of fresh water chestnut or its flour can provide relief in this problem. Magnesium and fiber are found in plenty in it.
Kuttu flour also comes in a thick grain. It contains zinc and many nutrients. Kuttu is also a seed whose flour is made by taking off the peel and grinding it. Both of them are mostly eaten in fruit.
