So where did this group come from? Who is accountable for the failure to trace this group?”

Fifteen people were killed and more than two dozen were injured in a suicide blast that took place in a moving Hyundai i20 car near the iconic Red Fort on November 10 at around 7 pm.
A special NIA court at Patiala House Court in the national capital on Tuesday sent Jasir Bilal Wani alias Danish to 10-day NIA custody for investigation in connection with the November 10 blast in the city. The NIA said in a press release that investigation revealed that Jasir had allegedly provided technical support to carry out terror attacks by modifying drones and attempting to build rockets before the fatal car bomb blast. The NIA said the accused, a resident of Qazigund in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir, was an active co-conspirator behind the attack and had worked with terrorist Umar Un Nabi to plan the terror massacre.
