Mix half a teaspoon turmeric powder (organic) in one cup of lukewarm water. If you want, you can also add lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper (pepper further increases the effect of curcumin). Apart from this, mix raw turmeric tightly in water. Boil it for a few minutes and cool it. Drink and drink.

It should be drunk on an empty stomach in the morning. Take at least 30 minutes after drinking food.
