Breakfast : An egg + one toast + black coffee, half avocado, sometimes another cup black coffee.
Lunch : 1–2 ragi roti, 100–150 grams boneless chicken, a bowl vegetable. Or a salad or grilled chicken with Quinoa or lentil based pasta.
Snacks: Fruit + nuts, egg sandwich or vegetable sandwiches, some nuts with protein shake. Sometimes lentils thepla or chicken veg kebab.

Dinner: Indian style vegetable with roasted chicken or tandoori chicken, grilled vegetables, or ragi roti + bonless chicken.

Anshula Kapoor’s workout routine
Anshula said that his workout plan has been the same. This included daily strength training, functional training and cardio.
