Bollywood actor John Abraham, who is known for his love of bikes and SUVs, has added yet another exciting SUV to his garage and this time, it is a white three-door Mahindra Thar, which he proudly revealed through a video on his official Instagram.
In the clip, John is seen sitting between two SUVs, one, his custom-made Black Thar Roxx which is a five-door and his newly purchased White Thar which is a three-door SUV. With excitement, he introduces them as his “two very, very special babies,” highlighting the contrast between the black and white models and their different body styles.
John has been associated with Mahindra Thar for quite some time, even appearing in the company’s promotional campaigns. His Black Thar Roxx is not a regular SUV, but it is a custom-built version made specially for him, as it wears a Stealth Black finish, along with unique “JA” badges on its C-pillar, which represent the actor’s initials.
Inside, the special edition Thar Roxx carries a premium Mocha Brown interior, which gives it a more luxurious appearance. There is also a personalized metal plate under the passenger AC vent that reads “Made For John Abraham”, along with the vehicle identification number. To add more exclusivity, the headrests feature the actor’s JA signature embroidered in yellow.
His newly purchased three-door Mahindra Thar is part of the SUV’s mid-life refresh introduced in October 2025. This updated version gets modern touches like a body-colored grille, a dual-tone front bumper and fresh paint shades. From the inside, Mahindra has improved practicality by adding pillar-mounted grab handles, moving the power window switches to the door, and including premium features borrowed from the Thar Roxx, like a new steering wheel, 10.25-inch touchscreen, sliding front armrest and rear AC vents.
The infotainment screen now even shows Adventure Stats, displaying altitude and more, which is perfect for drivers who love off-roading and like to track their journeys.
