Waaree Renewable bags huge Solar EPC order; WRTL stock in focus

New Delhi: Solar EPC sector giant Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) is once again in the limelight. The company has received a huge order of Rs 156.66 million from a leading domestic renewable energy company. After this news, the stock recorded a strong rise on Friday as it jumped 10.83 percent to Rs 1308.5 apiece at the time of writing this article. This stock has given huge returns to investors. Waaree Renewable bags 150 MW solar power project

The Letter of Award (LOA) received by Waaree Renewable Technologies is for a ground mount solar power project, which will have a capacity of 150 MWac/217.5 MWp. This is an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract, which has a value of about Rs 156.66 million. Waaree Renewable will complete this big domestic project during the financial year 2026-27.

Strong order book of Rs 49,000 Crore

The order book of Waaree Renewable has reached more than 25 GW, which is about Rs 49,000 million, by 30th September 2025. The company has recorded impressive profit growth of 143 percent CAGR in the last 5 years, reflecting its strong project execution capacity and rapidly growing demand.
