Not only that, a dedicated microsite for Vivo V70 series is now live on e-commerce platform. It confirmed that the devices will get Snapdragon chipsets under the hood and also offer Zeiss powered camera setup. Here is what it means.
Vivo V70 and V70 Elite launch timeline
Both the devices are expected to launch in India next month. However, the exact launch date still remains under the wraps at the moment. The leaks suggest a mid-Feb launch. The devices will be available on Flipkart, Vivo e-store and retail channel partners.
Vivo V70 Specifications (Expected)
The Vivo V70 is said to feature a 6.59-inch AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is confirmed to feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. It may be coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The leaks suggest that the device might ship with a 6,500 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support.
For camera, the device is said to get Zeiss triple camera with a 50MP main (Sony IMX766), 8MP ultra-wide and 50MP telephoto (3x optical zoom).
Vivo V70 Elite Specifications
The Vivo V70 Elite is expected to feature the 6.59-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Flipkart teaser confirmed that the device will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and could be coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It may also feature a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging and offer IP68/IP69-rated.
As for cameras, the device may offer Zeiss triple camera with a 50MP main (Sony IMX766), 8MP ultra-wide, and 50MP telephoto (Sony IMX882) (3x optical zoom). For selfies, the device may offer a 50MP front camera.
Vivo V70 and V70 Elite price range
The Vivo V70 is expected to be priced at around Rs 40,000 while the Vivo V70 Elite is expected to be priced at around Rs 45,000. Do note that these are just early leaks and the official prices are yet to be announced.
