Surpassing Tendulkar and Dravid
By surpassing the legendary Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid, who played together in 391 matches, Rohit and Kohli have solidified their status as the longest-serving international pair for India. Their 400th match together places them sixth on the all-time list of international partnerships, with Sri Lanka’s Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara leading with 550 matches. Kohli’s appearance marked his 561st international game, while Rohit played his 513th, indicating that they have shared the field for over 70% of their careers.

Rohit Sharma has accumulated an impressive 16,917 runs at an average of 43.6, including 44 centuries, in the matches he has played alongside Kohli. Meanwhile, Kohli has scored 19,594 runs at an average of 54.3 with 56 centuries in their 400 games together.
