Vinayak Chaturthi 2025 Shubh Muhurat and Puja Vidhi: Vinayak Chaturthi is considered to have special significance in Hindu religion. This day is dedicated to Lord Ganesha, who is considered the remover of obstacles and a symbol of auspiciousness. It is believed that by worshiping Ganapati with a true heart on this day, all the troubles of life go away. Use of Tulsi in worship: Never use basil leaves in the worship of Lord Ganesha. Doing this may anger Lord Ganesha, which may hamper the happiness and peace of the house.
Worshiping in the dark: Keep in mind that there should not be darkness where the idol of Lord Ganesha is installed. Seeing the idol of God in darkness is considered inauspicious and can cause mental stress in life.

Offer Durva grass: Durva (Dob) is very dear to Lord Ganesha. During the puja, offer 21 bundles of Durva while reciting the mantra ‘Idam Durvadalam Om Gan Ganpataye Namah’. This removes money related problems.
Modak offering: Be sure to offer modak or laddu to Bappa. It is believed that this brings sweetness and prosperity to the house.
Red vermillion tilak: On Vinayak Chaturthi, offer red vermillion to Lord Ganesha and then apply tilak on your own forehead. This increases self-confidence and removes obstacles in work.
Yellow clothes: Wearing yellow or red colored clothes during puja is considered auspicious. It transmits positive energy.
