Dr. Ajay Murdia, founder of Indira Group of Companies, Udaipur, has filed a case of fraud of about Rs 30 crore against Vikram Bhatt, his wife Shwetambari Bhatt and 6 other accused. According to the complaint given in Bhupalpura police station about 20 days ago, the accused had deceived Dr. Ajay Murdia of getting a profit of Rs 200 crore after investing in films.

According to Hardiya, there was an agreement with Bhatt for four films, out of which only two movies went on the floors. His rights were also not given. Hardiya alleges that the money was also misused by making film making overvalued through fake bills.
