Crowd control should be made primary security agenda and the culprits get punishment according to the post, only then thousands of lives can be paid true tribute.

Habit of avoiding responsibility

Every time the report says-the strike suddenly increased, rumors spread, people got nervous but this is not a human error but administrative failure. Many questions arise on such accidents.
