Actor Vijay Deverakonda is back home now after a short stint in the hospital after he was diagnosed with dengue. The Telugu star had been admitted to a private hospital in Hyderabad for a few days.
A new report reveals that the actor has recovered and returned to his residence. He can resume promotions for his film Kingdom, which releases next week.
Vijay Deverakonda discharged from Hyderabad hospital
The actor, who had been diagnosed with dengue, has officially been discharged. A report in Hindustan Times confirms his return home. A member of Vijay’s team shared, “Yes, Vijay had dengue. It was initially thought that he had a fever and he could just recover from it at home. However, once the doctor diagnosed him with dengue, he was moved to a private hospital in Hyderabad for faster recovery. He was there for three days and has now been discharged.”
Now that the actor is back, he will return to the promotional trail for his next film, Kingdom, which is premiering on July 31. Vijay has already filmed some videos, which will be used to promote the film. The Telugu film’s trailer is being launched on July 26, and the actor is said to attend a pre-release event on July 28. Even though he has been cleared by the hospital, Vijay has still been asked to take it slow, the report adds.
